Claims Procedure
Notification of death to SLINL shall be within 2 months of incidence.
Only government licensed hospitals (public and private) shall be eligible.
Hospitalization benefit shall be paid directly to the approved hospital and subject to the hospitalization cost incurred.
Notification of claims shall be done by the Assured directly to SLINL or MSUKL via their mobile App, phone call to claim helpline.
Hospitalization claims must be notified to SLINL or MSUKL within 72 (Seventy- Two hours of admission, either via the mobile App or by calling the claims helpline.
